To fry: Coat the pieces of meat with Chefs’ honey. Fry the mixture on a high heat at your convenience in sweet oil, depending upon how "well done" you like your meat.


To grill: Coat the meat with Chef’s honey half way through cooking time.To Marinate: before baking, marinate meat in a mixture of 100 g and 100 g of oil per kg of meat.


Sauce: Chefs’ honey to accompany your dish as a sauce.


The honey and spices blend gently caramelises the meat to give it a deliciously sweet and savoury refined taste.
