To cook vegetables : Add a spoonful of Chef’s honey at the end of cooking, stirring gently for 5 mn. The Chefs’ honey will give vegetables a full rich flavour.

 

For salads, just add a tablespoon to your vinaigrette, and your salad is worth the tops chefs restaurants!

 

Fishes:

  • Marinade: before baking, marinate fish in a mixture of Chefs’ honey, olive oil, butter melted, soy sauce or lemon juice.
  • If fried: add a spoonful at half way through cooking time.
  • If baked: Spread the Chefs’ honey over the fish before baking.

 

Stews: add a spoonful to your preparation to add sweetness and consistency to your sauce.
